摘 要:近几年在工业、民生所用的燃气锅炉污染物排放居高不下,且这些燃气锅炉具有容量小、数量多等特点,如何降低其NOx排放已经引起关注。继北京2015年颁布燃气锅炉NOx排放质量浓度要求低于30 mg/m3以来,郑州、西安、青岛、成都也相继出台了燃气锅炉NOx排放质量浓度低于30 mg/m3的相关政策。为了满足排放要求,各燃烧器厂家普遍采用低氮燃气燃烧器配合烟气再循环(FGR)技术来降低NOx排放,但与此同时,也出现了NOx排放和CO偏高、燃烧不稳定、火焰喘振及爆燃等问题。对此,本文采用低氮燃烧器+FGR对某化工动力公司120 t/h燃气锅炉进行了改造,使NOx排放质量浓度控制在30 mg/m3以下,且未出现脱火、爆燃等问题,为后续市场应用打下坚实基础。In recent years, the NO_x emission from industrial and municipal gas-fired boilers remains at a relatively high level, and these gas-fired boilers usually have small capacity and large numbers. Reducing the NO_x emission from gas-fired boilers has attracted much public attentions. In 2015, the Beijing government required that the NO_xemission from the gas-fired boilers should be lower than 30 mg/m3. Then, in Zhengzhou, Xi'an, Qingdao and Chengdu, the relevant policies(NO_x emission from gas-fired boilers should be below 30 mg/m3) have also been published. In order to meet the emission control requirements, low NO_x gas burners equipped with flue gas recirculation(FGR) technology are widely applied to lower the NO_x emission. However, this method has the problems of high NO_x and CO emissions, unstable combustion, flame surge and deflagration. To solve this problem, this paper modified the low NO_x gas burners for a 120 t/h gas-fired boiler based on the FGR technology. The results showed that the NO_x emission could remain below 30 mg/m3 and the problem of blow-off and deflagration did not occur. This successful transformation lays a solid foundation for application of the new low NO_x gas burner based on the FGR system.
