摘　　要：近年来,北京地区开展了大量老旧小区综合改造工作,其中老旧砌体建筑占据了改造建筑的绝大部分。论文针对北京地区老旧住宅的特征,开展回弹法检测既有砌体建筑中烧结砖抗压强度的研究,建立了适合于北京地区既有砌体建筑中烧结砖的回弹测强曲线和计算公式,为北京地区老旧住宅检测鉴定提供参考。In recent years,the Beijing area has carried out a large number of old residential districts comprehensive renovation work,of which old masonry buildings occupy the majority of the transformation buildings. In this paper,according to the characteristics of old residential buildings in Beijing,the rebound method was used to detect the compressive strength of brick masonry fired brick. The testing strength curve and calculation formula suitable for brick masonry of existed masonry buildings in Beijing area were established,which could provide reference for the detection and identification of old residential buildings in Beijing area.
