摘 要:针对天津地区的C50冬施混凝土,对比分析了采用不同能量回弹检测混凝土实体构件强度结果与芯样强度值之间的关系。研究结果表明通过对回弹仪的合理使用,能够有效减小按常规回弹法进行测试产生的偏差,在各龄期采用不同的优选回弹方法后,测试结果对于相对应的芯样强度偏差均在5%以内,达到了十分精准的效果。同时结合SEM微观分析法,从机理上对出现这种情况的原因进行了分析。这对工程中采用回弹法快速、准确判断混凝土构件真实抗压强度提供了新的思路,在施工过程中具有重要意义。Aiming at the C50 winter concrete of Tianjin region,this paper analyzed the relationship between the strength test results gained by the methods of rebound and drilling core. Research results showed that through the rational use of hammer,the deviations cause form the routine rebound method could be effectively reduced,and with the using of optimizing methods at different ages,the corresponding deviation between the results inspection by the methods of hammer and drilling core was within 5%,which achieved the effect of very precise. This paper presents a new method for the rapid and accurate determination of the actual compressive strength of concrete components in the project,which is of great significance in the construction process.
