摘  要:通过低倍检查、金相检测及能谱分析等手段,在厚度方向性能不合格的马氏体超高强度HG980钢板厚度中心处发现偏聚带。针对组织、成分及夹杂物形态进行逆向工序分析,结果表明:HG980钢厚度方向性能受到硅酸盐夹杂物偏聚的影响,合理保留连铸中间包钢水浇次余量即可杜绝硅酸盐夹杂物偏聚现象。By means of analysis and testing methods for macrostructure, metallographic structure and energy spectrum, inclusion aggregation zone is found at 1/2 thickness of HG980 martensite ultra high strength steel plate with disqualified through - thickness properties. The reverse process analysis is performed on microstructure, composition and inclusion morphology. The result confirms that the through - thickness properties of HG980 steel is influenced by aggre-gation of silicate inclusions. Reserving proper amount of molten steel in tundish at the end of current continuous casting heat can prevent the aggregation of silicate inclusions from happening again.
