摘　　要：针对辐射管辊底式热处理炉处理钢板下表面凹坑缺陷加以分析,对造成缺陷的炉底辊结瘤形成机理进行详细阐述,提出相应的技术及管理改进措施,使热处理钢板下表面凹坑缺陷得到有效控制。The paper analyzes the lower surface dent defect of steel plate treated by radiant tube type roller hearth heat treatment furnace, makes detail description on the formation mechanism of hearth roller nodule resulting in the de-fect ,raises corrective measures from technology and management, which ensures effective control over the defect on the lower surface of heat treated steel plate.
