摘　　要：从金刚石表面的状况分析了影响金刚石钎焊湿润性的因素,使用镀膜金刚石,按照真空钎焊工艺,制备了单层金刚石锯片,并进行了钢筋切削试验。结果表明:将镀膜金刚石应用到钎焊金刚石工具中,实现了钎焊料对金刚石更加牢固的结合,有效地提高了金刚石锯片的使用寿命和切割锋利性。This paper analyzes the surface of diamonds to find the effecting factors on the wettablity of diamonds. Some one-layer-diamond vacuum brazed saw blades are produced with coated diamonds for reinforcing bar cutting test. The result shows that using the coated diamonds can strengthen the retention between vacuum brazed material and diamonds,and also improve the working life and sharpness of brazed diamond saw blade.
