摘 要:玄参在古典医籍中明确记载具有利水功效,而现代书籍中则无此功效记载,通过对古代本草著作和方剂及现代文献学的系统梳理,明确中医水病的概念和治疗机理,进而论述玄参利水功效的特点和现代应用的变迁。发现玄参利水功效受种植条件的影响而发生变化,且与"清热"和"通血瘀"的功效相关。可见,玄参的利水功效客观存在,可为拓展玄参的临床应用范围提供参考。The diuretic function of Radix scrophulariae was recorded in classical medical books, but did not ex-ist in modern books. By systematic arranging ancient TCM books, the concepts of water diseases and themechanism of treatment were clarified to discuss the diuretic actions of Radix scrophulariae anits modem clinical applications. It was found that tlie diuretic effect of Radix scrophulariby its growing conditions and this action was related to its effect of clearing heat and removing blood stasis.The diuretic function of Radix scrophulariae is objective, which provides a reference for expanding its clinical application.
