复方黄连消疮灵治疗复发性口腔溃疡的免疫学机制研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方黄连消疮灵的免疫调节作用,初步探讨其治疗复发性口腔溃疡的免疫学机制,为临床用药提供参考。方法:采用免疫法建立大鼠复发性口腔溃疡模型,观察溃疡数目、持续时间,以及其对模型外周血中CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+细胞水平的影响。结果:复方黄连消疮灵高剂量组可以显著升高模型大鼠CD3^+CD4^+细胞水平和CD4^+/CD8^+比值水平。结论:复方黄连消疮灵可以缩短溃疡的持续时间,减少溃疡数目;这可能是通过改善T细胞亚群的比例,从而达到治疗复发性口腔溃疡的作用。Objective： To observe the immunomodulatory effects of Compound Huanglian Xiaochuangling, and to explore its immunological mechanism in treating recurrent oral ulcer, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods： The model of recurrent oral ulcer was established by immunoassay,the amount and the duration of oral ulcer and levels of CD3 ＋ , CD4＋ , CD8 ＋ were observed after the medication. Resultpound Huanglian Xiaochuangling witli high - dose could significantly increase the levels of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , and CD4＋/CD8 ＋ in the model rats. Conclusion： Compound Huanglian Xiaochuangling can shorteand decrease the number of ulcer in rats, which may be related to improving subsets.
