西黄胶囊对妇科恶性肿瘤盆腔淋巴结清扫术后淋巴潴留囊肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察西黄胶囊治疗妇科恶性肿瘤盆腔淋巴结清扫术后并发症淋巴潴留囊肿的疗效。方法:采用随机对照的方法将173例盆腔淋巴结清扫术后形成盆腔淋巴潴留囊肿患者分为4组:空白组(未给予任何治疗)31例、试验组(西黄胶囊口服)42例、对照组(芒硝患处外敷)39例、联合组(芒硝外敷+西黄胶囊口服)61例,疗程3个月。通过超声测量4组患者淋巴潴留囊肿大小变化情况,根据NCCN指南疼痛评估量表评估其对疼痛的改善情况,测量患侧肢体周径评估下肢肿胀改善情况。结果:与空白组比较试验组及对照组淋巴囊肿均显著缩小,疼痛及下肢肿胀均明显改善(P<0.01),两者之间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),联合组较试验组及对照组效果更好(P<0.01),试验组针对不同妇科恶性肿瘤术后导致的淋巴囊肿治疗效果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:西黄胶囊针对不同妇科恶性肿瘤术后导致淋巴潴留囊肿均有效,联合外敷芒硝使用时效果更佳。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xihuang capsule in the treatment of postoperative lymph retention cyst after pelvic lymphadenectomy for gynecological malignant tumor. Methods: 173 patients with postoperative lymph retention cyst were randomly divided into the blank group( n = 31),the trial group( n =42),the control group( n = 39),and the combination group( n = 61). The trail group was treated with Xihuang capsule,the control group was intervened with external application of Mirabilite,and the combination group was given the comprehensive therapy of the trial group and the control group. The treatment was three months. Size of the cyst was examined by ultrasound,pain alleviation was assessed by NCCN guide,and swelling condition was evaluated by measuring circumference of the lower limbs. Results: Compared to the blank group,the cyst was significantly reduced,pain and swelling were obviously improved in the trial group and in the control group( P < 0. 01),there were no statistical significance between the two groups( P > 0. 05);the combination group had better effect than the trial group and the control group( P < 0. 01). There was no significant difference in the curative effects in the trial group,in terms of postoperative lymph retention cysts due to different malignant tumor( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Xihuang capsule is effective for different postoperative lymph retention cyst,combined with external application of Mirabilite can achieve better result.
