摘 要:吉7井区稠油为新疆油田采用掺热水双管集输工艺的示范区,回掺热水工艺有效解决了稠油集输问题,但在运行过程中,存在回掺系统沿程温降大、能耗高、相变炉严重结垢等问题;为此,根据不同原油黏度区域范围优化了掺水量和掺水温度等措施:掺水量由1940 m^3/d降为1476 m^3/d;回掺水出站温度夏季由60℃降为45℃,冬季由65℃降为50℃,年节约天然气费用180.7万元;通过优化相变炉工艺,出站回掺水温度降低15℃;采用油水界面调节技术后,原油脱出水温度由55℃降至35℃,油出口温度由55℃升至65℃,年节约天然气费用173万元,降低了系统能耗,减缓了管线及设备结垢趋势,实现吉7稠油集输及处理低成本、高效率运行。The heavy oil in Ji-7 well area is a demonstration area of the back-mixing hot water dualpipe gathering and transportation technology in Xinjiang oilfield.Although the back-mixing hot water process can effectively solve the problem of cold heavy oil gathering and transportation,in the process of operation,there are some problems such as large temperature drop along the back-mixing system,high energy consumption and serious scaling of phase transformation furnace,etc.Therefore,according to the range of viscosity of different crude oil,the content and temperature of back-mixing hot water are optimized.The content of back-mixing hot water is reduced from 1940m^3/d to 1476m^3/d.The temperature of the water mixing station is reduced from 60℃ to 45℃ in summer,and from 65℃ to 50℃ in winter.The annual saving cost of natural gas is 1 million 807 thousand yuan.By means of optimizing the phase transformation furnace process,the backmixing water temperature is reduced 15℃.It is enhanced the thermal efficiency of the heavy oil back-mixing hot water in gathering process and reduced the scaling tendency of the pipeline and equipment.By carrying out optimization of heavy oil treatment process,the temperature of crude oil dehydration dropped from 55℃ to 35℃ and the temperature of t oil in outlet increased from 55℃ to 65℃,saving 1.73 million yuan of natural gas annually.It also reduced energy consumption,slowed down the scaling tendency of gathering equipment and pipeline and annual saving cost of natural gas reached 3.537 million yuan.
