摘 要:随着油井电参数采集技术的发展,电参数采集已在油田普遍推广。但电参数的应用仍然存在诸多问题,未达到深入挖掘电参数蕴含的各种信息的目标。油井群控节电技术以直流母线群控技术与电参数精确分析技术为支撑,通过对电参数的解释和深度挖掘,利用采油工程原理进行分析,完成油井的工况管理及系统优化。通过对能量、液量等的分析,形成井群决策信息。开发软件平台,实时控制油井参数,综合节电率15%,年节电282×104k Wh,达到提高井群开发效益、降低能耗的目的。With the development of oil well electrical parameter acquisition technology,electrical parameter acquisition has been widely promoted in oilfield.However,there are still many problems in the application of electrical parameters.It has not reached the goal of digging deep into the information contained in the electric parameters.The well group control power saving technology is supported by dc bus group control technology and accurate analysis of electrical parameters.Through the interpretation and deep excavation of electrical parameters,by using the theory of production engineering,complete the operating condition management and system optimization of the well.Through the analysis of energy and liquid level,etc.the well group decision information is formed.Through the development of software platform,realize real-time control of oil well parameters,the comprehensive saving rate of 15%,annual saving of 2.82 million degrees.The purpose of improving the development efficiency and reducing energy consumption is achieved.
