摘  要:目前钻井施工大多仍采用柴油机提供动力,存在能耗高、污染重、成本高、效益差等问题。为保护生态环境,节约能源消耗,中石化中原石油工程有限公司大力推广网电钻机应用技术,文23储气库项目8个平台14部钻机应用网电设备,一期实施66口新钻井,可减少能耗0.9×104t(标煤),节约资金1640余万元,有效降低噪声污染,减少废气等污染物排放,减少柴油机使用及维护费用,节约生产成本,降低能源消耗,实现钻井生产的节能减排及清洁生产。At present,most of the drilling construction still uses diesel engine to provide power,There are many problems,such as high energy consumption,heavy pollution,high cost and Poor benefit,etc,In order to protect the ecological environment and save energy consumption,Sinopec Zhongyuan Petroleum Engineering Co.,Ltd.energetically popularized the application technology of net electric drilling rig.There are 8 platforms and 14 drilling rigs using net electric devices in Wen 23 gas storage project.66 new wells are implemented in the first stage,which decreases energy consumption by 0.9×10~4t,save cost by 16 million 400 thousand Yuan,effectively reduces noise pollution and the emission of waste gas,reduces the cost of the use and maintenance of the diesel engine.Thus,the production cost is saved and the energy consumption is reduced.The energy saving and emission reduction and clean production of drilling production is realized.
