摘  要:为解决低产井常规抽油机举升能耗高、效率低、杆管偏磨严重等问题,对超长冲程抽油机采油技术进行研究。地面设备应用超长冲程抽油机,井下配套使用超长冲程抽油泵,通过间歇生产,实现最大冲程50 m、冲速最低0.04 min-1的超长冲程特低冲速方式生产,与常规抽油机举升对比,节电率达到71%,系统效率提高6.1个百分点,能有效缓解抽油杆、油管偏磨。In order to solve the problems of low power well conventional pumping unit,such as high lifting energy consumption,low efficiency and sucker rod and tubing eccentric wear serious,the oil recovery technology of extra long stroke pumping unit was studied.Ground equipment applies long-stroke pumping unit,underground auxiliary use of ultra-long stroke oil pump.Through intermittent production,to achieve the maximum stroke of 50 m,the lowest speed 0.04 min-1 ultra-long stroke ultra-low speed production,and conventional pumping Machine lift comparison,saving rate of 71%,system efficiency increased by 6.1 percentage points,can effectively ease the sucker rod and tubing eccentric wear.
