摘  要:针对枣一联合站燃料消耗量大、运行成本高,同时大量回注污水的余热未经利用存在热能浪费的问题,引进吸收式水源热泵工艺。通过新建燃气型吸收式热泵,以站内天然气为动力,从回注污水中提取余热,为站内原油脱水、掺水加热及冬季供暖提供热量。热泵系统建设投运后,原油脱水等系统温度可满足工艺要求,停运了原掺水、脱水、采暖加热炉。改造前后对比,天然气消耗减少2661 m3/d,年节约天然气79.95×104m3。According to the large fuel consumption,high running cost and heat waste no using the wastewater afterheat of Zaoyi Union Station,the water source absorption heat pump technology is used。The gas type absorption heat pump is built to provide heat for the crude oil dehydration,water admixture and winter heating by extracting afterheat from the reinjection water,powered by natural gas of the Union Station。Since the heat pump system began to run,the stytem temperature of the crude oil dehydration,etc,has been meeting the technological requirements。t the samet time,the former system of water admixture,crude oil dehydration and heating furnace is shut down。Compared with the original system,it may reduce natural gas consumption 2661,and save natural gas 79.95×10~4m^3 annually。
