摘　　要：玻璃管量油一直是油田主要的量油方式。但由于设备运行状况及人为因素,使油井计量工作受到影响。导致计量不准确,严重影响输差问题时有发生。根据这种情况,分析了玻璃管液位计使用时存在的问题,和日常处理除垢方法存在问题,针对这些问题研制出一种玻璃管液位计除垢器。减少了采用原清洗方面拆装玻璃管清洗时,玻璃管易碎等产生不必要的浪费,清洗效率提高150%。The fuel consumption of Zao1 union station is large,the operation cost is high,and the waste heat of a large number of reinjection sewage is unused.In the waste of heat energy,the absorption water source heat pump is introduced.Through the new gas type absorption heat pump,the natural gas in the station is taken as the power to extract the waste heat from the reinjection sewage and provide heat for the dehydration of crude oil in the station,the heating of water and the heating in the winter.After the construction and operation of heat pump system,the temperature of the system of dehydration of crude oil can meet the requirements of the process,and the original water,dehydration,heating and heating furnace are stopped.The comparison before and after transformation,the consumption of natural gas is reduced by 2661,and natural gas is saved by 79.95×10~4m^3 annually.
