摘　　要：文章主要对我国全民阅读活动的发展进行了回顾与总结,指出全民阅读活动面临公共阅读资源建设缓慢、人群分化明显、社会阅读生态堪忧、基层相关机制建设薄弱的困境,提出加强体制机制建设,增加地方财政的支持,激活城市空间,建立虚拟阅读社区,推进"书香社区"建设,加强精品图书的数字出版,加强互联网阅读推广平台建设等方面的建议。This article mainly reviewed the development of national reading activities in China, pointed out the dilemma faced by national reading activities, such as slow construction of public reading resources, obvious differentiation of the population, poor social reading ecology and weak predicament of grass-roots system and mechanism construction. It proposed the suggestions of establishing a strong institutional mechanism, increasing local financial support, activating urban space, building virtual reading community, with a purpose to push forward the development of “scholarly community”, strengthen the digital publication of quality books, and consolidate the construction of Internet reading promotion platform.
