摘　　要：自媒体给大学生思想政治工作带来了机遇和挑战,辅导员顺应时代潮流、利用自媒体开展思政工作势在必行。本文首先分析了利用自媒体开展大学生思想政治教育工作的意义,然后阐述了当前辅导员利用自媒体的现状,在此基础上详细论述了辅导员应如何利用自媒体开展思政工作,包括发挥各类自媒体平台的长处并加以利用、利用自媒体平台正向引导学生、成为学生的舆论领袖并培养舆论领袖,以帮助辅导员开拓思政工作的新领域。We media brought opportunities and challenges to theideological and political work of university students, it is impera-tive for counselors to follow the trend of the times and use we me-dia to carry out ideological and political work. This paper firstanalyzes the significance of using we media to carry out ideologi-cal and political education for university students, and then ex-pounds the current situation of counselors＇ use of we media. Onthis basis, it elaborates on how counselors should make use of wemedia to carry out ideological and political work, including givingplay to the advantages of we media platforms, using we media toguide students, becoming and cultivating the public opinionleaders of students, so as to help counselors to open up new fieldsof ideological and political work.
