提高党校现场教学质量探讨

摘　　要：现场教学作为一种新的教学方式,能够较好适应干部培训需要,在党校干部培训中普遍采用。本文在分析总结党校现场教学内容启发性强、拓展了教学空间、学员直接参与教学活动、有机整合校内与校外教学资源等优点的基础上,着重分析党校在运用现场教学过程中存在的问题,主要是教师现场教学能力有待提高、学员在现场教学中参与不足、典型性教学现场不易获得。本文从加强现场教学规律研究、把握好现场教学的关键环节、提高教师的现场教学能力等方面提出了提高党校现场教学质量的对策。adapt well to the needs of cadre training. This paper an-alyzes and summarizes the advantages of the field teaching in theParty school to enlighten thinking, to expand the teaching space,to directly take part in teaching activities, to fuse teaching re-sources of campus and out of campus. This paper analyzes theproblems in the process of the field teaching. Teachers＇ ability toteach in the field is low. Students need to be effectively involvedin field teaching. Typical teaching scene is not easy to get. Theresearcher proposes that, in order to increase the quality of Partyschool＇s teaching, we should take measures from three aspects： tostrengthen the field teaching rules, to grasp the key links of fieldteaching and to improve teachers＇ field teaching ability.
