京津冀协同发展视角下河北省创新型外语人才培养策略

摘　　要：京津冀地区协同发展是国家区域经济发展的重大举措,发展京津冀地区经济需要大量创新型外语人才。通过对几所高校外语人才培养现状的调查发现,目前高校外语教学只注重对学生外语语言技能的培养,而忽略了培养其创新沟通能力,难以适应京津冀协同发展的需要。从设立创新平台、建设创新实践基地、培养教师创新能力和鼓励学生参与社会实践活动4个方面对创新型外语人才培养策略提出建议。The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is a great initiative of regional economic development in our country.The economic development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei needs a large number of innovative foreign language talents.The survey conducted in several universities of the cultivation of foreign language talents reveals that foreign language teaching in universities focuses on the training of students＇ language skills rather than their innovative and communicative abilities,which fails to meet the needs of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The paper makes such suggestions as establishing platforms for innovation,building bases of innovative practice,cultivating the innovative ability of teachers,and encouraging students to participate in social practices.
