摘　　要：自主版权网页是高校学报自我宣传的有效途径之一。高校学报若能积极、充分的利用网络而展现学报形象，对提高学报的影响力具有重要意义。本文以新疆师范大学学报自然科学（维吾尔文）版为例，讨论了高校学报网页开发现状及存在的问题，学报网页应包含的内容及优化学报网页的意义。Webpages is an effective way for university journals to publicize itself. University journals can use the webpages to show the image of the Journal actively and fully which would also improve the influence and impact of Journals. This paper chooses Journal of Xinjiang Normal University Natural Science （Uyghur Writing） edition as an example, dicusses the current situation and existing problems, must included the contents of webpages and the significance of optimizing it.
