盘龙火针联合复方硫软膏治疗结节性痒疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察盘龙火针联合复方硫软膏治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将57例结节性痒疹患者随机分为两组,两组均采用复方硫软膏封包1次/d,盐酸奥洛他定5mg 1次/d,淀粉浴1周一次。治疗组同时给盘龙火针点刺治疗1周一次,共观察疗效4周。结果治疗结束后,治疗组有效率为89.29%,对照组有效率为65.52%,两组有效率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.58,P<0.05)。两组患者均无严重不良反应。结论盘龙火针联合复方硫软膏治疗结节性痒疹操作简单,安全有效。Objective Methods To observe the clinical effect and adverse reaction of Panlong Burned Ac- upuncture combined with Compound sulfur ointment in Nodular pmrigo. Filly seven Patients with Nodular prurigo were randomly divided into Results Conclusion tow group that were packed with Compound sulfur ointment acompnied starch bath and 5rag Olopatadine Hydrochloride once a day. Patients in treatment were cured with Panlong Burned Acupuncture once a day. The course of two group were 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy rates were 89.29% and 65.52% in treatment group and control group respectively. The difference be- tween tow group has statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Patients in two group have no serious adverse reaction. It is effective and safe that Panlong Burned Acupuncture combined with Compound sulfur ointment treat Nodular prurigo, so it is worthy for clin- ical promotion.
