摘  要:目的探讨复方红花酊对TNF-α和IL-10的影响及促进黑色素形成作用。方法实验动物随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组(复方卡力孜然酊)、复方红花酊高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组。建立白癜风皮损模型,并应用相对应药物涂擦治疗,测量其TNF-α和IL-10平均光密度及黑色素颗粒细胞数目,比较其作用。结果复方红花酊高、中剂量组及阳性对照组对皮损有复色作用;与正常对照组比较,模型组TNF-α的表达显著增高,IL-10的表达明显减少,黑色素含量明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,复方红花酊高、中剂量组及阳性对照组中TNF-α的表达明显降低,IL-10的表达明显增高,各组黑色素含量均明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方红花酊高、中剂量组及阳性对照组中的TNF-α表达水平与黑色素含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05),IL-10表达水平与黑色素含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论复方红花酊通过调节TNF-α和IL-10的表达水平可影响黑色素的生成,进而对白癜风产生一定的治疗作用。Objectiv Methods Results e To study the compound safflower tincture in vitiligo by observing expres- sion levels of skin tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) , Interleukin-10( IL- l0) and melanin content. Experimental animals were randomized into the sham group, negative control group, positive control group (Compound Kaliziran Tincture) , compound safflower tincture high-dose group, compound safflower tinc- ture middle-dose group and compound safflower tincture low-dose group. Skin lesion model of vitiligo was established with chemical de- colorization. Different medicine were applied in corresponding groups. Mean optical density of TNF-α and IL-10, and number of melanocytes were measured. Results were analysized with single factor analysis of variance method. High-dose compound safflower tincture group, middle-dose compound saf- flower tincture group and positive control group had repigmentation effects on skin lesions. Compared with normal control group, the expres- sions of TNF-α in shamgroup increased markedly, the expressions of IL- l0 decreased markedly and the contents of melanin decreased markedly, with statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with negative control group, the expressions of TNF-α in high-dose compound safflower tincture group, middle-dose compound safflower tincture group and active control group decreased markedly, with statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the expressions of IL-10 and contents of melanin in these three groups in- creased markedly, with statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Correlative a- nalysis showed that the expression levels of TNF-oL inhigh-dose compound safflower tincture group, middle-dose compound safflower tincture group and active control group were negatively related to the contents of mela- nin(P 〈0.05),but the expression levels of IL-10 in these three groups were positively correlated with the content of melanin (P 〈 0.05 ).
