摘 要:目的调查郑州市县级公立医院改革医务人员的满意度,并分析其影响因素。方法采用随机抽样的方法对郑州市三家县级公立医院的医务人员进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括个人基本信息及其对县级公立医院改革的认知程度、对医院改革的满意程度。采用描述性分析、χ2检验和多因素logistic回归分析医务人员对县级公立医院改革的满意程度及其影响因素。结果医务人员对医院改革措施、取消药品加成政策、管理体制改革的满意率分别为59.4%、67.8%、56.2%,均呈现较不满意。医务人员不同岗位和医护人员对改革的认知程度均影响其对公立医院改革的满意度,具有统计学意义。结论医务人员对县级公立医院改革整体满意度一般。建议政府应出台更多有利于县级公立医院长远发展的政策,医院应建立健全绩效薪酬制度,加大改革政策宣传力度,加快管理体制改革进度,更加深入改革。Objective To investigate the satisfaction rate of medical staff in the reform of county-level public hospitals in Zhengzhou and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods Questionnaires were collected from three county-level public hospitals in Zhengzhou,including their basic information,their knowledge of county-level public hospital reform and their satisfaction rate with the reform. Descriptive analysis,χ2 test and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the satisfaction rate of the medical staff in the reform of county-level public hospitals and influencing factors. Results Medical staff’s satisfaction rates with reform measures,cancellation of drug addition policy and management system reform were 59. 4%,67. 8% and 56. 2% respectively,which were all relatively low. Different positions and different cognition degrees of medical staff could affect their satisfaction with the reform of public hospitals. The result is statistically significant. Conclusion The overall satisfaction rate of medical staff with the reform of county-level public hospitals is not high. It is suggested that the government should introduce more policies that are conducive to the long-term development of county-level public hospitals.The hospital should establish a sound performance and pay system,increase the publicity of reform policies,and accelerate and strengthen the reform of management system.
