摘　　要：目的探讨流程优化和时间管理在提高手术室利用率和效益中的作用。方法第三军医大学第一附属医院对2015年全年手术间效率与效益有关数据进行分析,发现影响手术室利用率的原因主要是首台开台时间过晚和接台流程不畅。针对这两个方面,本院提出手术室流程优化和时间管理方案,并在2016年加以实施。结果 2016年手术总量较2015年增加6.4%;开台时间显著提前,日均周转时间和日均超时工作时间显著缩短;日均麻醉利用率、手术利用率和手术麻醉总效益均有显著提升。结论该方案规范医护人员的行为,保证及时开台,加快接台周转,有效提高手术室利用率和效益。Objective To investigate the effect of process optimization and time management in improving the efficiency and benefit of operating room. Methods The data on operation efficiency and benefits in 2015 were analyzed,and it was found that the main reason affecting the efficiency of operation room was the delay of the first operation and the inefficient turn-over. To solve the two problems,the hospital launched a program of operating process optimization and time management in 2016. Results The total number of operations increased by 6. 4% in2016 than in 2015; the first surgery started earlier,and the utilization rate of operating room and total benefit of surgery-anesthesia were improved significantly. Conclusion This program standardizes the behaviors of medical staffs and thus effectively improves the efficiency of the operating room.
