摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在降低PICC导管头端位置异位率的效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,选定"降低PICC导管头端位置异位率"为主题活动,通过对PICC导管头端位置现状进行调查,分析引起PICC导管头端异位的相关因素,探讨降低异位率的有效解决办法,修订相关的操作流程,完善评估量表,构建多学科合作模式,减少导管异位的发生,提高置管成功率。结果通过品管圈活动,PICC导管头端异位率由8.5%下降至2.8%。结论品管圈活动可以降低PICC导管头端位置异位率,并提升PICC专科护士分析及解决问题的能力。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle（QCC） activities in lowering the misplacement rate of PICC catheter tip location. Methods QCC activity group was established and ＂To Lower the Misplacement Rate of PICC Catheter Tip Location＂was selected as the theme. By investigating the current situation of PICC catheter tip location,this article analyzed the related factors of PICC catheter misplacement,explored effective measures to lower the misplacement rate,revised relevant operating procedures,improved the assessment scale and established multidisciplinary cooperation mode,so as to reduce the occurrence of PICC misplacement and to improve the success rate of PICC catheter. Results The misplacement rate of PICC catheter tip was decreased from 8. 5% to 2. 8%. Conclusion The quality control circle activity can lower the misplacement rate of PICC catheter and improve PICC specialist nurses’ ability to analyze and solve problems.
