摘  要:目的了解影响某区三级医院医务工作者的职业满意度及身心健康情况。方法从某区抽取四所三甲医院的医师和护士,通过手机在线填报问卷的方式,开展问卷调查。结果 58.2%的医务工作人员认为目前的工作负荷过重,44.0%的医务工作者认为自己身体健康状况良好,56.7%医师及28.4%的护理人员认为当前的医疗服务价格体系不能体现医护人员劳动价值。18.9%的医护人员表示赞同或鼓励自己的子女从事医务工作。54.26%的医务人员认为薪酬待遇是影响职业满意度的最主要因素。结论某区医务人员的身体健康状态值得关注。医护人员在职业道德、职业操守方面的认同度较高。薪酬待遇、执业环境及社会认同是影响医护人员职业满意度的重要因素。Objective To investigate the satisfaction rate and physical and mental health of medical staff in tertiary hospitals in a certain district. Methods Doctors and nurses from four tertiary hospitals were selected from the district and online questionnaires were carried out on the mobile phone. Results 58. 2% medical staff think that the current workload is too heavy; 44% of the medical staff think that their health condition is good;56. 7% doctors and 28. 4% nurses think that the current medical service pricing system does not reflect the value of labor of medical staff; 18. 9% of the medical staff would agree or encourage their children to be medical staff;54. 26% of medical staff think salary is the most important factor affecting job satisfaction. Conclusion The health status of medical personnel in the district is worthy of attention. Doctors and nurses have a high degree of self-identity in professional ethics and integrity. Salary,medical practice environment and social identity are important factors affecting medical staff’s job satisfaction.
