摘　　要：目的建立远程医疗系统为境外维和分队卫勤保障提供一种可靠的方法,满足遂行维和任务的需要和官兵对医疗卫生服务不断增长的需求。方法自行开发一套可以开展远程医疗服务的系统,依托移动互联网在维和分队和后方医院之间建立远程医疗服务联系。结果在远程系统上实现视、听、心电图、超声、文字、语音和视频的传输,可以顺利开展心电图、超声等特殊检查和五官、皮肤等专科的远程检诊医疗服务。结论使用本系统拓宽卫勤保障的服务范围和服务内容,应采取军民融合、建章立制、密切协同等措施,进一步加强系统的运行保障、维护和支持。Purpose To establish a telemedicine system,which serves as a reliable method of military health service for overseas peacekeeping units and meets the requirements of accompanying peacekeeping missions and soldiers’ growing demand for medical and health services. Methods A system was developed that can carry out telemedicine services and establish connection between peacekeeping units and the base hospital through the Internet. Results With the telemedicine system,visual and audio materials,electrocardiogram,ultrasound,text,voice and video can be transmitted; special examinations,such as ECG and ultrasound,and remote specialized diagnosis and treatment,such as ENT and Dermatology,can be successfully carried out. Conclusion To extend service scope and content with the telemedicine system,several measures should be taken,including military and civilian integration,establishment of rules and regulations,coordination and cooperation,so as to strengthen the operation,maintenance and support of the system.
