摘　　要：信息中心是医院信息化技术体系建设和运行维护管理的重要部门。为了更好地服务临床,信息中心创新工作模式,基于FineReport报表工具平台自主设计开发医院信息中心运维管理系统。该系统的应用,优化了信息中心工作流程,提高了工作效率,提升了临床满意度。Information center of a hospital is an important department responsible for system construction,operation and maintenance management of information technology of a hospital. To better support clinical services and by innovating work mode,our center designed and developed the operation and maintenance management system using FineReport. The application of the system has optimized the workflow of the information center,promoted working efficiency and improved quality of clinical services.
