摘　　要：新编制下的野战医疗队发生一些变化,抽组和训练变得更为突出。野战医疗队通过参加"卫勤力量-2016B"基地化训练,重新科学组建新编制下的野战医疗队和训练模式,提高野战医疗队的卫勤保障能力、应急救治能力、卫勤持续保障能力和自身保障能力,推动野战医疗队规范建设。There have been changes in the new-type field medical team,which has brought about new challenges for grouping and training. By participating in the base training of ＂2016 Health Service Force B2＂,our hospital developed scientific and standardized grouping and training mode of field medical team,thus improving its capability of health service,quick response,continuous medical support and self-support,and further promoting the standardized construction of the field medical team.
