摘　　要：军队医院对口帮扶西部县级医院是促进西部地区卫生事业发展的重要举措。文章阐述军队某三甲医院在对口帮扶西部某县级人民医院工作中的具体措施,通过多层次的帮扶促进受援医院在诊疗水平、管理水平、人员能力等方面的提高,并提出未来进一步加强对口支援工作的思考。The counterpart assistance from military hospitals is important for county-level hospitals to promote the development of health service in western China. This paper expounds the measures taken by a military hospital to assist a county-level hospital in western China,which have helped to promote diagnosis,management and staff’s capability of the counterpart hospital through assistance of different levels,and proposes further efforts to be made in reinforcing the counterpart assistance.
