摘　　要：Smad泛素化调节因子2(Smurf2)是E3泛素连接酶的一种。研究发现,Smurf2与肺纤维化的发生发展有一定关系,其可选择性作用于Smad蛋白,调节肺纤维化TGF-β1信号传导,进而调控肺纤维化的发展。本文主要就Smurf2与肺纤维化TGF-β1/Smad信号通路的关系研究进展做一综述。Smad ubiquitin regulatory factor 2（Smurf2） is a kind of E3 ubiquitin ligases.The studies have shown that Smurf2 has a certain relationship with the occurrence and development of pulmonary fibrosis.Smurf2 can selectively act on the Smad protein and regulate the development of pulmonary fibrosis by regulating the signal transduction of TGF-beta 1 in pulmonary fibrosis.In this article,we reviewed the advances in the relationship between Smurf2 and TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway of pulmonary fibrosis.
