摘 要:首先装置利用变压器抽头的方法实现电压值的分档可调.然后通过继电器以输出较大电流和电压供给IGBT,同时STM32芯片产生四路带死区扫频方波信号,用于驱动扫频电磁除垢系统中的H桥电路.装置中驱动电路采用光耦驱动的方式,能保证IGBT稳定安全的工作.此外栅极过压保护电路使IGBT在工作过程中受到保护以避免脱离其安全工作区.该装置中IGBT能具有正常使用下的寿命.所设计的功率放大电路具有输出功率可调节且输出功率大的特点.In this paper,the design of power amplifier circuit of sweep frequency electromagnetic descaling device based on ARM signal source is introduced. First,using the method of transformer tap is to realize the adjustable voltage distribution. Then,a large current and voltage to the IGBT is supplied through the relay,while the STM32 chip generates four square wave sweep signals with dead time,which is used to drive the H bridge circuit in the sweeping electromagnetic descaling system. The drive circuit in the device using optocoupler-driven way to ensure stable and safe IGBT work. In addition,the gate overvoltage protection circuit protects the IGBT during operation to avoid disengagement from its safe operating area.Therefore,the IGBT in the device can have a life under normal use. The power amplifier circuit designed in this paper has the characteristics of adjustable output power and large output power. The system has a very high stability and good descaling effect.
