摘　　要：目的:在深化医改的背景下,探讨医用耗材集中招标采购的作用及医疗机构的应对措施。方法:通过对各地集中招标采购的现状分析,阐述集中招标采购的重要意义以及实施程序,提出加强采购周期、交易价格管控,严格产品的全程监督、反馈评价,优化配送方式的对策与措施。结果:医用耗材集中采购与配送的实施有助于整合市场资源、降低采购及配送成本、加强供应链管理、加剧市场竞争。结论:全国性推广实施医用耗材集中采购与配送是医改的必然趋势,有利于行业的良性发展,最终惠及广大患者。Objective To explore the function of medical consumables integrated bidding procurement and thecountermeasures of medical institutions under the background of health care reform. The present situation ofintegrated bidding procurement was analyzed, and its significance and program were described. It＇s suggested that the whole-course supervision and feedback evaluation be executed on procurement cycle, transaction price. Some countermeasures wereproposed to optimize the distribution mode. The implementation of centralized bidding procurement of medicalconsumables helped to integrate market resources, reduce procurement and distribution costs, strengthen supply chainmanagement and intensify market competition. The promotion of centralized bidding procurement anddistribution mode of medical consumables nationally is the inevitable trend of medical reform, which is beneficial to thebenign development of the industry and ultimately benefits the patients.
