集束化护理干预对外科手术患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理干预对外科手术患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法收集2015年1月-2016年12月在新疆医科大学第一附院中心手术室行外科手术的患者100例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组50例,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者在此基础上实施集束化护理干预,比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、生活质量及护理满意度的差异。结果采用集束化护理干预后,外科手术患者术后疼痛症状改善,中度疼痛患者人数由24人降至12人,重度疼痛患者人数由9人降至4人,生活质量总分由(284.4±17.5)分提高到(313.7±19.8)分,护理满意度评分由(70.9±10.5)分提高到(83.6±7.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预应用于外科手术患者能有效缓解患者术后疼痛程度,提高患者术后生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of intensive nursing management on postoperative pain and life quality for surgical patients.Methods 100 surgical patients from January,2015 to December,2016 in central of operating room,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University was been collected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the experimental patients performed intensive nursing intervention on this basis.The postoperative pain level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intensive nursing intervention,the postoperative pain symptoms of surgical patients was improved.The score of life quality was increased from(284.4±17.5)points to(313.7±19.8)points,and nursing satisfaction was improved from(70.9±10.5)point to(83.6±7.7)point.The differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing management can significantly relieve postoperative pain and improve life quality and nursing satisfaction.
