摘　　要：针对煤矿井下避难硐室应配备独立的内外环境参数检测或监测仪器,而采用单一参数检测传感器存在布线复杂的问题,开发了一种可同时监测多种环境参数的煤矿井下避难硐室用多参数传感器。该传感器采用RS-485通信方式,可直接与监控系统分站或交换机通信,能够有效减少现场施工、布线的人力、物力成本,实现对避难硐室环境中甲烷、二氧化碳、一氧化碳、氧气、温度、湿度、差压共7种参数的连续检测;可设定各参数超限报警值,具备声光报警功能,适用于需要检测环境工况的场所,如矿井、消防、有限空间等。传感器各敏感元件均采用集成化、模块化、数字化的创新性设计方案,在降低产品功耗的同时,有效提高了弱电信号抗干扰能力。此外,该传感器具备元件故障自诊断功能,保证了产品工作稳定性和可靠性。该设计为煤矿领域多参数传感器的研究与开发提供了参考。In refuge chambers of underground coal mine, it is necessary to equip the stand alone detection or monitoring instruments for multiple internal and external environment parameters. The detection sensor of single parameter is complex in wiring, aiming at this problem, the multi-parameters sensor which can simultaneously monitor various environmental parameters in refuge chambers has been developed. With RS-485 communication mode,the sensor can directly communicate with the monitoring system substation or switch, this can effectively reduce the on-site construction and wirings of manpower costs, and realize continuous detection of refuge chamber environment with methane, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, oxygen, and the temperature, humidity, differential pressure ; totally 7 kinds of parameters, and for each parameter, overrun alarm setting, with sound and light alarm function are provided, it can be applied to all the needs of environmental detection of working places, such as mines, fire protection, and limited spaces. Integrated, innovative, modular, and digital design scheme are used for each sensitive component of sensor,power consumption is reduced, and the anti-interference ability to weak signal is enhanced. In addition, the component fault self-diagnosis function is provided for the sensor,to ensure product stability and reliability. It provides a reference for the research and development of the multi-parameter sensor used in coal mine fields.
