摘 要:为了实现对手机跌落的不同角度、不同速度的全方位测量,设计了全角度手机跌落测试系统。首先,搭建了跌落速度、跌落角度模型。接着,通过水平方向、竖直方向的两个步进电机,控制手机跌落的初始角度和初始高度;给予不同的加速度,以模拟不同跌落高度进而改变手机落地瞬间速度。最后,利用高速相机获取手机落地瞬间姿态,分析手机落地瞬间角度、速度。利用控制变量法改变初始角度、加速度,进行各种跌落试验。对比各个试验结果以及试验数据分析结果。试验结果表明,该系统可以完成全角度的手机跌落、模拟不同高度的试验。试验结果数据充分、可靠性高。该系统还可应用于类似平板计算机、笔记本计算机等电子产品的跌落试验。In order to realize the all-around measurement for the drop test of mobile phone with different angles and different speeds, the all-angles drop test system has been designed. Firstly, considering the drop speed and drop angle, the drop model is constructed. Secondly, based on the initial drop angle of the phone, the initial height of the phone is controlled by two stepping motors in horizontal direction and vertical direction. Different acceleration is given, to simulate different drop height and change the instantaneous speed of the phone drops on the ground. Finally, using high-speed camera to get the instantaneous posture of the phone draping on the ground, for analyzing such angle and speed. The control variable method is used to change the initial angle and acceleration for various drop experiments, and the results are compared and analyzed. This system can complete the all-angles drop test, and simulate different height experiments. The experimental results are comprehensive and reliable. The system can also be used in the drop experiment of similar electronic products such as tablets and laptops.
