摘  要:大学生的快乐水平与其所在年级、年龄、性别、成长地域、家庭收入水平、社会支持体系以及学业压力等因素之间存在着关联性。影响大学生快乐水平的压力源主要包括经济压力、人际压力和学业压力三个方面。随着年龄的增长和社会化的加深,大学生对压力的认知与感受逐渐增长。虽然个人拥有的高质量的社会体系可以缓解压力,但是学校政策和社会支持可以更大程度地减少压力。高校必须构建多层次大学生心理监测平台,建立常态化大学生压力疏导体系,从这两个方面提升大学生快乐水平。There is a correlation between undergraduates' level of happiness and their grade,age,gender,geographical area of growth,family income level,social support system and academic pressure. The stressors that affect the happiness level of undergraduates mainly include the students' economic pressure,interpersonal pressure and academic pressure. At the same time undergraduate awareness and feelings of stress with age/social progress deepened.The quality of the social system that individuals have can ease stress. The policies and social support provided by the College can reduce student stress to a greater extent. This article puts forward two measures to enhance the level of happiness of college students. One is to construct a multi-level psychological monitoring platform for college students,and the other is to establish a system of stress counseling for normal college students.
