摘  要:工业设备广泛应用于石油、化工、电力等行业,同国民经济发展和人民日常生活密切相关。当前工业设备向着极端化、轻量化方向发展,使得设备结构形式和损伤模式多样化;另外数量众多的工业设备在役安全评定缺少全面的检测数据支撑。电磁无损检测具有快速、非接触的优势。针对不同材料和损伤模式的电磁无损检测技术与方法呈现多样化,在检测机理、仪器和工艺上存在较大区别。在中国特种设备检测研究院牵头下,20家产学用单位共同申报"十三五"国家重点研发计划"国家质量基础的共性技术研究与应用(NQI)"专项项目"材料损伤电磁无损检测与评估关键技术研究及仪器研制"并获得立项。本文主要介绍项目的背景、目标及总体研究方案、预期主要研究成果等相关内容。Industrial facilities are widely used in electricity and petrochemical industry and closely related to national economic development and people's daily life. The current industrial facilities are developing along the trend of extremalization and light weight, which make the structure and damage form of facilities are diversified. In addition, a large number of industrial equipments are short of support by comprehensive test data. Electromagnetic nondestructive testing has advantages of fast and non-contact. The techniques and methods of electromagnetic nondestructive testing for different materials and damage are diversified and there are significant differences in detection mechanism, instrument. Therefore, China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute cooperated with other 20 scientific research institutions proposed the project "Key Technologies Research and Instrument Development of Electromagnetic Non-destructive Testing and Evaluation for Materials Damage". It was sponsored by National Key R & D Programs "Common Technology Research and Application of National Quality Infrastructure". This paper mainly introduces the research background, research goal and summarize, expected results and so on.
