摘　　要：本文着重讨论了英国2016电梯法规中的基本健康与安全要求。其中,主要内容包括:要求总则,设备的基本健康与安全要求,以及相关人员的危险保护和标识与说明书等方面。旨在为研究技术性法规的立法经验和我国电梯设备出口欧盟成员国提供相关参考。This paper mainly discusses the essential health and safety requirements of 2016 British Lifts Regulation. The content of this paper includes the general requirements, essential health and safety requirements of equipments, protections of risks of persons, markings and introductions. This article mainly aims at providing relevant references for studying legislation experience of technical regulations and for exporting our domestic lifts to EU member states.
