摘  要:在用容器的失效多为泄漏,通常采用焊接修复泄漏容器。结合一例卧式酸液罐接管补强圈泄漏检查修理过程发现的问题,对设计、制造、使用及检修与检验等影响容器泄漏风险的因素进行了讨论,建议容器尤其是不锈钢容器的制造与检验及使用与检修应注重表面质量的控制与保护,而压力容器的修理过程控制也应符合压力容器制造质量保证体系的运行。Most of the failures in the use of the pressure vessels are leakage failures. Welding is usually used to repair the pressure vessel leaking. The repair process of the pressure vessel used in the leakage should be in accordance with the quality assurance system for the construction of the pressure vessel. Combining with the problems found in a horizontal acid liquid tank's tube and reinforcement structure repairing process, the pressure vessel's construction, employing, repairing and inspection are discussed. It is recommended to pay attention on the surface quality control in manufacturing and inspection of the pressure vessels, especially of the stainless steel pressure vessels.
