摘　　要：本文以专利数据为切入点,从专利申请数量、地域分布、专利流向、技术构成和主要申请人等多个维度对海上风电产业的全球专利情况进行检索统计,对该技术领域的专利总体态势、技术分布、技术发展趋势、技术竞争力等进行了对比分析,在此基础上针对我国企业和科研院所提出了专利布局和技术研发建议。Through the statistics of patent application numbers, geographic distribution, patent application flow, technical composition and main applicants in the area of offshore wind power industry, this essay makes comparison and analysis the patent application trends, technology distribution, technology trends and competitiveness of the technical field, and then provides the information and suggestions for the relevant enterprises, departments and institutes in both patent layout and technical cooperation.
