摘　　要：本文基于2001~2015年的省级面板数据,采用动态面板的数据分析方法研究聚集经济、人力资本等因素对经济增长的影响。结果表明,聚集经济和人力资本都显著的促进了经济增长,有明显的正效应,而固定资产投资抑制了经济可持续增长。在此基础上,本文提出了重视固定资产投资空间错配的思想,以及更好地发挥聚集经济、人力资本对经济增长的促进作用的建议。Based on the provincial dynamic panel data from 2001 to 2015, this paper uses the data analysis method of dynamic panel to study the influence of factors such as agglomeration economies and human capital on economic growth. The resultsshow that the agglomeration economies and human capital have promoted economic growth significantly. The factors have obviouspositive effects, while fixed asset investment has inhibited economic sustainable growth. On the basis of this, we put forward the idea of focusing on the mismatch of fixed asset investment, and we suggest that how to use the agglomeration economies and humancapital to promote economic growth better.
