摘　　要：本文主要探讨医学人文教育在临床医学专业培养中的重要作用,总结我校医学人文教育经验。临床医学生人文素质与科学素质培养同等重要。医学人文素质的教育需要循序渐进,医学人文素质的养成更需要不断实践。Through analysis of the important role of medical humanities in training talents of clinical medicine,the experience of humanistic education in our college is summarized. Cultivation of medical students ＇ humanistic quality and cultivation of scientific quality are equally important. Medical humanistic quality education needs to advance step by step.Throughout the process of learning in colleges and growing up after graduation,cultivation of medical humanistic quality needs incessant practice.
