梵净山石斛与铁皮石斛矿质元素及有效成分比较

摘　　要：为全面了解梵净山石斛的药用价值,选取了2个铁皮石斛品种(森山和福建软脚)作为对照,采用瓦里安AA-240型火焰原子吸收光谱仪测定各元素含量,运用分光光度计法和液相色谱仪测量了有效成分。结果表明,梵净山石斛中铜、钙、镁、钾和硒5种元素的含量显著高于2个对照的铁皮石斛;醇溶性浸出物和石斛碱含量也以梵净山石斛为最高;梵净山石斛中的总生物碱含量与森山铁皮石斛没有差异,但显著高于福建软脚铁皮石斛;而粗多糖的含量则以梵净山石斛最低。综合试验结果认为,梵净山石斛具有较高的开发利用价值。To understand fully the medicinal value of Dendrobium fanjingshanense,2 varieties of Dendrobium officinale（ ＂Senshan＂and＂Fujian soft feet＂） were used as control,and their mineral elements and effective ingredients were compared. The results showed that the contents of copper,calcium,magnesium,potassium and selenium in D. fanjingshanense were significantly higher（ P〈0. 05）. The contents of alcohol soluble extract and Dendrobium alkaloid were also the highest in D. fanjingshanense. The total alkaloid content in D. fanjingshanense,was although not significantly different from that in＂Senshan＂,significantly higher than that in＂Fujian soft feet＂. And the content of polysaccharides was the lowest in D.fanjingshanense. Comprehensive test results show that D. fanjingshanense has a high developmental and available value.
