摘 要:为系统性解决发动机研制过程中因压气机单元体(包括中介机匣和压气机)性能不达标导致的起动失败问题,从中介机匣流场特性改进和压气机低转速特性改进两个方面开展了研究。在改进设计中引入了六西格玛设计(DFSS)方法,并应用需求工程和系统工程工具,按照ICDOV的技术路径对现有产品进行优化。改进设计后的模拟验证结果表明,改进设计后的压气机单元体的效率和稳定裕度均达到了设计目标,改进措施有效。In order to find out solution for starting failure which caused by compressor units (including in.termediate casing and compressor) unqualified performance during engine development, studies were car.ried out on improvement of intermediate casing flow filed characteristics and compressor low speed charac.teristics. Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) was introduced into design by using tools of requirement engineeringand system engineering, and improved design of current products had been conducted according to ICDOV.The numerical computing results showed that both efficiency and surge margin of improved design achievedthe design targets.
