摘  要:分析和比较了航空工业标准(HB)与国际标准化组织(ISO)标准基于积分温度法计算的渐开线圆柱齿轮胶合承载能力差异。通过计算方法比较和实例计算对比两种途径,找出了两种标准计算公式的差异,修正系数种类、取值上的差异,及其对计算结果的影响。研究结果表明,ISO标准比HB考虑的影响因素更多、范围更广,而且在轮齿载荷、跑合效果、摩擦因数计算上存在较大差异,使得ISO标准计算的齿面温度更高;ISO标准中提供的容许胶合温度试验样本,考虑了多种载荷、润滑油、齿轮中心距等不同组合,对计算结果指导更全面。Analysis and comparison were conducted between HB and ISO standard on scuffing load capaci?ty of cylindrical gears based on integral temperature method. The differences were indicated, includingtypes of coefficients, variation in values of coefficients and results through comparison of methods and calcu?lation. A higher tooth surface temperature was obtained by ISO standard, as a result of wider considerationson influences, especially the profound divergences on tooth load, run-in condition and friction coefficient.Furthermore, the tooth temperature by ISO standard was higher, and the allowable scuffing temperature testspecimen which considered multiple load, lubricating oil, gear central distance, was more comprehensive inguiding calculation.
