摘　　要：绒毛膜隆起是近几年才提出的早孕期罕见的一种妊娠囊异常状态,被认为是妊娠无活力的危险因素。本文对绒毛膜隆起的病因、病理、诊断及临床意义进行了综述,有助于临床医生提供患者咨询并综合评估患者可能的妊娠结局。The chorionic bump is a recently described,uncommon abnormality of the first-trimester gestational sac,which has been considered a risk factor for nonviability in pregnant patients. The etiology,pathology,diagnosis and clinical significance of the chorionic bump are reviewed in this paper to help clinicians to provide patient counseling and make a comprehensive assessment of the possible pregnancy outcome.
