摘　　要：研究生教育是高等教育的最高阶段,为国家培养和输送高层次人才,肩负着建设创新型国家的重要使命。研究生教育的发展、人才培养质量的提升对国家的繁荣昌盛起到至关重要的作用。美国是当今高等教育体系最发达的国家。美国研究生教育为其经济发展、科技进步以及世界霸主地位的巩固发挥着巨大的作用,以其优质、精湛的教育质量享誉全球。美国研究生教育收费和资助体系极大地保障了美国研究生教育长足卓越地发展。分析研究世界顶尖大学——美国哈佛大学研究生教育收费现状和资助体系,吸收美国研究生教育收费制度与资助体系的成功做法和经验,对我国进一步深化研究生培养机制改革、健全研究生收费政策、完善研究生奖助体系以及世界一流大学的创建将起到一定的启示和借鉴作用。Graduate education is the highest stage of education, which is a key mission for the country to cultivate high -level tal- ents and shoulder the task of building an innovative country. The development of graduate education and the improvement of talent culti- vation quality play a crucial role in the prosperity of the country. America is the most developed country in the education system. The A- merican graduate education has played a huge role in economic development.＂ The American graduate education charge and funding sys- tem has greatly guaranteed the excellent development of American graduate education. Analyzing and studying the world＇ s top universi- ty, Harvard University graduate education charge and funding system, absorbing the American graduate education charge and funding system successful practices and experience is good to further deepen the reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanism, improve the graduate education charge policy, perfect the financial aid policy, create a world -class university, which will play certain enlighten- ment to China.
