山慈菇化学成分及其抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：中草药山慈菇具有清热解毒、化痰散结的功效,是临床常用的抗肿瘤中药之一,疗效肯定。通过查阅国内外公开发表的相关研究报道,从化学成分及抗肿瘤作用机制方面对山慈菇杜鹃兰品种进行分析、归纳和总结,以期为进一步研究提供思路,更好地指导临床应用。The traditional Chinese herbal Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones has the efficacy of clearing away heat and toxic material,and reducing phlegm and resolving masses. It is a commonly-used antitumor drug clinically,which has the definite effect. Based on the latest domestic and foreign literature analysis and summary,this article discussed the chemical composition and antitumor mechanisms in order to provide ideas for further research and guide the clinical application.
