心得宁口服液对大鼠慢性心衰模型左心室指数、全心指数及心脏动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察心得宁口服液对大鼠慢性心衰模型左心室指数、全心指数及心脏动力学的影响。方法：采用每周腹腔注射盐酸阿霉素建立大鼠慢性心衰模型,观察心得宁口服液对慢性心衰模型大鼠左心室指数、全心指数及心脏动力学的影响。结果：大鼠慢性心衰模型造模成功。与模型组比,心得宁口服液组可明显升高心脏HR水平（P〈0.05）、可明显升高心脏Lvsp水平（P〈0.05）,各给药组均有降低心脏Lvedp水平的趋势（P〉0.05）。可显著降低左心室指数（P〈0.01）,可显著降低全心指数（P〈0.01）。结论：心得宁口服液可明显改善大鼠慢性心衰模型的作用。Objective： To observe the effects of propranolol oral solution on left ventricular index,whole heart index and cardiac dynamics in rats with chronic heart failure. Methods： The weekly intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin hydrochloride was used to establish the model of chronic heart failure rats. We observed the effect of practolol and export total of heart index and cardiac index,left ventricular dynamics model of chronic heart failure in rats. Results： The model of chronic heart failure model in rats was successful. Compared with model group,the cardiac HR levels（ P 0. 05） and cardiac Lvsp levels（ P 0. 05） were significantly increased in the treatment group,and the Lvedp levels in all groups were decreased（ P 0. 05）. Left ventricular index（ P 0. 01） was significantly reduced,and the whole heart index（ P 0. 01） was significantly decreased. Conclusion： The effect of the chronic heart failure model of rats can be improved obviously by the oral administration of propranolol.
